echo lines (2007)
Four networks of ten speakers are set up in a long and large corridor and forms an instrument which aim is to participate to our experience of this busy area and its soundings aspects.
The tweeters are located under the glass roof and pointed alternatively to the floor or an extremity of the corridor, taking advantage of the numerous angles and reflective surfaces of the place to diffuse and mix projected sounds.
These sounds are alternating generative textures and change frequently, sometimes with silence intervals. The variety of textures increases each time a new working session happens in this place.
